Bark In The Park Fun
Hundreds flocked to St. Anne's park last Sunday morning to take part in Bark in the Park, a 4km sponsored dog walk organised to raise money for sick and needy pets! A special thanks are in order for animal welfare charity Irish Blue Cross for organising such a fantastic event!
Last year, four Bark in the Park events around the city raised over €16,500 for the charity, which helped provide over 27,000 treatments, check ups, X-rays, neutering and other surgeries to pets whose owners are on reduced means.
The event included a raffle, music and FREE goodie bags, as well as prizes for many of the canine attendees!
