Aware Paddy's Day Harbour to Harbour Walk!

21 Jan 2016

If you’re looking for something different to do this St. Patrick’s Day, take part in Aware's 11th Harbour2Harbour Walk on Thursday 17th of March.

Not only will you reap the benefits of being physically active – which can have a very positive effect on mental health and wellbeing – you will also be participating in a fun and worthwhile event, which last year saw over 1500 walkers turning out to participate in the walk to support Aware’s work.

If you are one of Aware’s regular walkers, the organisation would like to thank you for stepping out for Aware again this year. They’ll be there as always to cheer you on. There will be fun, food and refreshments along the way. All participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the walk!

All are welcome, to the special Paddy’s day parade which will travel along the Dublin coastline!

The walk will begin at 10.30 am in both Dun Laoghaire and Howth and will finish around 3 pm in the opposite harbour in which you choose to start!

Entry is €25 and those wishing to join in and raise money for Aware can email Jane on fundraising@aware.ie or call 01 237 4925.
