Alzheimers Information Evening for World Alzheimers Day
To coincide with World Alzheimer’s Day, CommuniCare will be holding an Alzheimer’s Information Evening this coming Friday, 21st September in Clontarf Castle at 7pm.
Topics covered on the night will include: Preventative measures to slow the onset of Alzheimer’s, how to recognise the signs of Alzheimer’s, the stages of Alzheimer’s, how to approach the topic of Alzheimer’s with your loved one, living with Alzheimer’s and what supports are available.
The event is free of charge and anyone with a relative who is suffering from Alzheimer’s, or who they think may be showing early signs of Alzheimer’s, is invited to come along on the evening.

A new ‘Guide to Living with Alzheimer’s Disease’ developed by CommuniCare will also be launched on the evening and will be available free of charge to download on www.communicare.ie
