Why Digital Inclusion Matters
In today’s world, digital literacy is no longer a luxury—it’s essential. From online shopping and public services to maintaining connections via email and video calls, digital skills are key to fully participating in modern life. Yet, many older adults are still excluded, whether due to lack of access, confidence, or knowledge.
Age Action’s Getting Started programme directly addresses this challenge by offering free, individual tuition, tailored to the specific needs of each participant. As students help older people unlock new digital capabilities, they too gain valuable experiences and insights. It’s a win-win for everyone involved, promoting inclusion, confidence, and lifelong learning. Join us in bridging the digital divide—sign up today!
