A Message from CRA & CY&BC: Reimagine Clontarf Pier

The pier and slipway at Clontarf have a long history going back to the mid-19th century, and are very much part of the landscape of the area. This is a public amenity that is no longer fit for purpose in its current condition.
Clontarf Residents' Association (CRA) and Clontarf Yacht & Boat Club (CY&BC) are promoting a proposal to "Reimagine Clontarf Pier". The first stage was a call for suggestions on how this location, both landside and waterside, could be redeveloped to create an enhanced unified public space fit for the future. Submissions from this first stage can be viewed here.
The purpose of this survey is to gauge the level of public support for the idea of redevelopment in general and for the specific suggestions that we have received in the first consultation phase.
