Wine Appreciation Course @ Clontarf Wines
This Autumn, Clontarf Wines are running an introductory Wine Appreciation Course, topics covered will include; Tasting technique and wine evaluation, basic principles of food and wine matching. Each week you will taste 6-8 wines, covering the classics and also lesser-known but exciting grape varieties and regions. The course will run from 7.00 – 8.30 over four consecutive Thursday evenings starting on October 4th.
