Screening of Tim Burton's 'Big Fish' @ Manresa House
The popular Movies that Matter series brings a new selection of films this autumn. Each film will be preceded by a brief introduction and followed by a discussion.
The film selected for October is Tim Burton's Big Fish (UK 2003, 125 MINS, CERT PG):
Hearing the tall tales of his ailing father, William Bloom seeks to uncover the facts behind the fiction of a larger-than-life character. Directed by the marvellously creative Tim Burton, this film raises questions about the relationship of truth and story.
The screening will begin at 7:30 PM on Wednesday 14th October, and should finish up around 10 PM following a brief discussion.
Their is no fixed price for the screening, however donations are appreciated.
