Manresa 'Movies that Matter' Screening for May1

Manresa, Jesuit Centre of Spirituality, will screen another excellent film this month as part of their 'Movies that Matter' series. 

May's selection is Hugo, the 2011 fantasy film produced and directed by Martin Scorcese. 

Orphan Hugo, played by Asa Butterfield (Boy in the Striped Pyjamas) lives alone in the Montparnasse Railway Station in Paris during the 1930s, where he maintains the clocks. He becomes involved in a mystery involving his late father who was a master clockmaker. 

The screening will take place in Manresa on Wednesday 11th May. The film will begin at 7:30 pm, and will be followed by a reflective discussion guided by Eileen O' Driscoll.
