Her Outdoors Week Event on Dollymount Strand

"Her Outdoors Week" is a campaign by Sport Ireland that encourages more women to enjoy outdoor activities. Join the free event on this Thursday, August 17th, at 3pm on Dollymount Strand.

Swim Ireland and Dublin City Council in partnership with Sport Ireland invite you to bring along your daughter, niece, mother, grandmother, sister, or friend for a yoga and dip session.

A certified yoga instructor will guide you through a 45-minute session, followed by a dip in the water, with a lifeguard for safety. The event is free, but please book your spot by using this Eventmaster link.
