Hearts & Stars Charity Ball 2018
The Hearts and Stars Charity Ball, set up by local woman Veronica Yeomans, takes place in the Clontarf Castle on Saturday 29th September.
Yeomans founded the Ball in May 2016, with the aim of impact through action. This year, the Julian Benson Foundation was chosen as its charity partner, prompted by Julian’s extremely moving Late Late Show appearance in March.
Julian, whom many will know as a judge from ‘Dancing with the Stars’, is a Cystic Fibrosis sufferer with a dream to build a respite home where family and friends of people with CF in hospital can stay. This is even more important because hospital stays for CF sufferers can often be for many months and at the moment there is really nowhere for family members to go while they are minding and worrying about their loved ones.
This black-tie event will be held in Clontarf Castle on Saturday 29th September and thanks to huge support from the people of Clontarf there are just a few tables left. Tickets are €95pp or €900 for a table of 10.
