After a wonderful tour in 2015, which included a season at the Gaiety Theatre Dublin, God Bless the Child returns in 2016, marking the 50th anniversary of the death of Frank O Connor in 1966.
The stories of Frank O Connor are universally regarded as classics. Three of the funniest: First Confession, My Oedipus Complex and The Genius have been brought together within a single full-length play. Richly evocative of Ireland in the early decades of the 20th Century, funny and moving, and featuring memorable performances, God Bless the Child is a must see.
