Coffee Morning @ The Pigeon House in Aid of Mighty Matthew!
The Pigeon House will host a special coffee morning on Friday, August 5th to raise money for the Matthew Hayes Trust.
Paul Foley of The Pigeon House (pictured above) will be one of 60 cyclists from Clontarf and beyond who will pedal all the way from Clontarf to Lahinch in August - for the 2nd annual Coast to Coast Mighty Mattew Cycle (see a video of the guys preparing for last year's event we produced here )
The coffee morning will take place from 10 am - 11.45 am, during which the guys at the Pigeon House will be serving up their delicious pastries and coffee, in return for a donation towards the Matthew Hayes Trust.
David from The Pigeon House is also running a raffle in aid of the trust, winning prizes for which include a dinner for 4 at The Pigeon House, treatments from Ann Rossi, hair products from Hessions, to name a few. Tickets cost €2 each, and the draw will take place on Friday, August 12th.
So why not pop by on Friday, August 5th, or drop in and buy a couple of raffle tickets and show your support for this great local cause!
The Matthew Hayes Trust is a fund set up to support the development and care for Matthew Hayes. Matthew is a local boy from Clontarf who was diagnosed at age 3 with Autism and now at 16 years of age has so many challenging behaviours. The aim of the Trust is to help provide support for Matthew’s development and to ensure he receives the necessary support and he needs.
