The Clontarf Historical Society will host their talk for May 2019 on Monday 13th, at 8.15pm
May's talk is titled 'GNR Railway History and Importance of Clontarf Railway Station House' and will be given by Siobhan Osgood
Clontarf Railway Station played a significant role in the entire network of the GNR Railways.
The station is one of the earliest examples of brick built railway stations in Ireland and its style influenced all later architecture for the GNRI.
Clontarf Historical Society meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 8.15 p.m. in the RESOURCE CENTRE, beside ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH, CLONTARF ROAD
