Clontarf Bulls Fundraising Walk

29 Apr 2018 - 29 Apr 2018 Clontarf Rugby Club

The purpose of the walk is to celebrate & raise awareness of the Clontarf Bulls team within the community while raising funds for playing equipment for the Bulls. The walk will be a short loop close to Clontarf Rugby Club and will finish back in the Club with a barbeque and more activities.

One of the highlights of the day’s activities will be an auction for an Irish rugby jersey signed by all the members of the Irish Grand Slam winning team.

The Clontarf Bulls rugby team caters for boys and girls with intellectual additional needs.  Every child involved has shown ability to play rugby regardless of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome or other reasons that they require a little extra help. The team is led by a group of rugby coaches and volunteers with a particular interest in promoting the abilities of these children.
