Bull Island Action Group Beach Clean - Final Beach Clean 2022
The Bull Island Action Group will host their monthly beach clean for December 2022, this Saturday, December 17th.
Those wishing to volunteer are asked to arrive at the entrance to Dollymount Strand (just past Royal Dublin Golf Club) at 10:45 AM to sign in, in order to begin the clean-up at 11 AM.
Dublin City Council provides a tractor and trailer, plus a driver, to remove and dispose of the litter collected. Litter pickers, bag hoops, hi-vis vests and rubbish bags are provided. Please remember to bring your own work gloves. Hand sanitiser will be provided before and after the cleanup.
Please check the weather and tide information for Saturday below. Dress according to the conditions expected, but be sure to wrap up well and bring a waterproof jacket, just in case. Please remember to wear rubber boots, or hiking boots, with thick socks!
