'Alice Devine - Not For Sale' tells the heartwarming story of an ordinary Irish woman struggling in a post-boom economic environment. Like many of us, she has lost a lot, but her courage and tenacity to grow and pick herself back up is mesmerising. Alice Devine's situation reflects that of millions of Irish people today, and she delivers a very powerful message to viewers: even if you've lost everything, you can still rise from the ashes.

Alice is played by the award-winning actress Hilda Fay, who has performed in theatres all over Ireland, New York and Edinburgh. She is probably best known for her part as Tracey in Fair City.
