A to B Cycle

30 May 2015 - 30 May 2015 Artane, Clontarf, Blarney and other towns en route!

a to b

Cycling 275km in one day is a huge undertaking - a distance that many cyclists would steer clear of! However, this is not so for the 50 Clontarf Cycling Club members who will be riding from Artane to Blarney or A to B! This is a very challenging event and even the fittest members will be tested.

Clontarf CC are doing this in aid of My Canine Companion, a charity based in Blarney who provide trained dogs all over Ireland to help children with autism.

Clontarf CC are currently training very hard for this trip and all of their members are filling up sponsorship cards. They will be leaving Artane at 6.30 am on May 30th and estimate that we will be on the saddle for 11 hours to Blarney!

If any Clontarf-based businesses would like to sponsor this event in any way, please contact atobcharitycycle@gmail.com.

The cyclists will be passing through Clontarf on the day and coffee, tea, sandwiches, chocolate bars for breaks would be very much appreciated. Another way to help out is via goodie bag contents - all of the 50 cyclists will be getting a goodie bag for taking part. Discount cards, vouchers or just about anything that could be included in these goodie bags would also be very much appreciated.

This is for a fantastic cause so make sure to donate!
