Mindful Moves Yoga

Take an hour for yourself and experience a holistic yoga practice that nourishes your mind, body and soul. This mixed-level class is designed for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
Through breath-led movement, we’ll flow through variations of sun salutations to build heat, strength and flexibility, while stretching and releasing tight muscles and joints. As we move, you’ll connect with your breath, enhancing balance, focus and clarity. The class concludes with a deeply restorative guided relaxation, leaving you with a sense of peace and gratitude.
