- Thursday, 3rd October at 9:30 AM – Killester Resource Centre
- Friday, 4th October at 9:30 AM – St. Anthony’s House (located behind St. Anthony’s Church on St. Lawrence Road, Clontarf)
- Duration: 5-week course (weekly classes)
- Cost: €125 (claimable through most health insurance plans)
